Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Service Evolution

SafGo continuously evolves to meet user needs. We may add new features, modify existing ones, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify users of significant changes that affect their usage.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access SafGo's full features, you must create an account. Account registration requires providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your credentials.

Account Creation

• One Account Per User: Each person may maintain only one free account (business accounts may have multiple users)

Link Content Responsibility

• Removing or updating links that become inappropriate or problematic

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including link removal, account suspension, or termination. We may also report illegal activities to relevant authorities.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

SafGo offers multiple service tiers to meet different user needs, from individual creators to enterprise teams. Our pricing is transparent, and billing terms are clearly communicated during signup.

Subscription Types

• Free Plan: Limited features and usage quotas, no payment required
• Pro Plan: Enhanced features with monthly or annual billing options

Billing and Payment Terms

• Advance Billing: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

License to SafGo

To provide our services, you grant SafGo a limited, non-exclusive, transferable license to:

• Store, process, and display your content within our platform
• Generate analytics and insights from your link activity
• Create shortened links and QR codes based on your input
• Backup and secure your data for service reliability

This license terminates when you delete content or close your account, except for data retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or Redistribute: Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform
• Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Trademark Misuse: Use SafGo trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission
• Attribution Removal: Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or attribution

• For paid accounts: the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• For free accounts: USD $100

Exclusion of Damages

SafGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data, reputation, or goodwill
• Business interruption or downtime costs
• Third-party claims or actions
• Costs of procurement of substitute services

Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Termination by SafGo

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Terms Violations: Violation of these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Security Risks: To protect our platform, users, or third parties from harm
• Inactive Accounts: Free accounts inactive for more than 12 months (with 30 days notice)

Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Your access to SafGo services will be immediately suspended
• Your shortened links will remain active for 30 days, then be permanently disabled
• Account data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Paid subscriptions will not be automatically refunded unless required by law
• These Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of our services

Data Export

Before account termination, you can export your data through your dashboard. We recommend regularly backing up important link data. After termination, data recovery may not be possible.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution:

• Good Faith Resolution: We will work in good faith to resolve issues within 30 days

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of SafGo shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

For certain disputes, we may offer alternative resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration. These options will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and require mutual agreement.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
